Visit a homeless shelter this week. Donate food, money, clothes, furniture, whatever you feel the need to donate. Help out with giving out food, maybe even help in cleaning up. Perhaps you could make a food donation at a food bank around your city; or offer to do some volunteer work for them, something that might seem small and trivial to you, but would mean a whole lot to the people involved. Let's see what we can do this week to help the less privileged and less fortunate, for indeed we are fortunate to have so much that we take for granted, everyday. Let's do it. This week.

Hi there!

It has indeed been a while, and it does feel good to be back. My sincerest apologies for my sudden absence for the past month; as a friend of mine usually says, 'it is the time when we never expect the unexpected to happen, that the unexpected happens.' I thank you very much for your emails and concerns, I appreciate them from the depths of my heart...I am well and very much back with full force!
